      WhySixth night of heat on this coast since 11 Aug (RWI-HC-003). The new pixel is weak and 2 km from the earlier spot; it may be unrelated.

      Would settle itNOC / Zawiya Oil Refining Company on any flaring, fire or incident on the night of 2–3 Nov.
